DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

We have tried to keep our delivery costs as low as possible and currently offer the following option:-

Standard Delivery

Cost £3.99 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

We try our best to meet the stated delivery times, however sometimes events beyond our control may prevent this from happening. If your delivery is going to be delayed, we will email you to let you know and to see if you still want us to send the order.

Sometimes, due to stock availability, we may send out an order over two or more deliveries. In this instance, we would only charge you for one lot of postage, regardless of how many packages we send.

If you’re not at home when the parcel arrives, the deliveryman will leave a card to say they’ve called, which will contain details of how you can make arrangements for delivery at a more convenient time. Some online shops have an area on their site for customers to type their delivery instructions into (eg leave at back, or leave next door). At the moment, we are not offering this service for security of delivery. We are constantly reviewing our customer requests so if you would like to see this functionality, please let us know.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We offer all our customers a no quibble returns and exchange policy. All we ask is that you return the goods unworn and unused within 14 days to receive a full refund or exchange. We try to process all our refunds as quickly as possible, but during our busiest times, this can take up to 14 days.

We will refund the difference between your returned item and a cheaper one and we require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive item. Although we ask that you pay the postage to return the items to us, we will post out exchange items free of charge.
